Useful to track Profile achievement towards the ELGs, prior to June formal Profile assessments. I have attached an image of a completed page, with some comments added, as I did to summarise the Profile before completing reports. Very useful for team meetings and discussions with LA or SLT to show CPD/staffing needs as well as progress made. Please also see my Tracker spreadsheet!
